Terms of service

These terms apply when you use Pozhuthu. By creating an account you agree to them and to our privacy policy.

Your account

• Give accurate details and keep your password safe. You're responsible for activity on your account.
• You must be old enough to agree to these terms where you live (at least 13).
• You can delete your account at any time from the Profile page.

Using the service

• Only invite people who expect to hear from you, and don't use the service to send spam.
• Don't break the law, harass anyone, or try to access accounts, groups or data that aren't yours.
• Don't try to disrupt the service, overload it, or get around its security or rate limits.

We may suspend accounts that break these rules.

Your content

You keep ownership of what you add — availability, group names, events and so on. You let us store and show it to the people you share it with, only as needed to run the service.

Connected calendars

Connecting a Google or Microsoft calendar is optional. You can disconnect at any time. Your use of those accounts is also covered by Google's and Microsoft's own terms.

No warranty

The service is provided "as is". We work to keep it accurate and available, but we can't promise it will always be error-free or that suggested times are correct. Check important meetings yourself. To the extent the law allows, we aren't liable for indirect or consequential losses, such as a missed meeting.

Changes

We may update these terms. If a change is significant we'll update the date above and tell signed-in users; continuing to use the service means you accept the new terms.
